The resort spans 60 hectares and is unique for having four different medicinal springs and one thermal spring, offering potential healing properties for various ailments. Following a rehabilitation project, the complex now features three hotels and associated services. The resort is situated south of Kutaisi and administratively belongs to the Baghdati region.
