About of :Retco is offering electrical engineering courses aimed at large electricity consumers, distribution, and generation facilities in Georgia. These courses are free for 2023-2024 and will be conducted in a mixed format, combining physical and online attendance. The curriculum focuses on detailed study of each participant's electrical infrastructure and developing skills tailored to individual needs. The program features Georgian and Latvian trainers with practical experience, and successful graduates will receive a certificate recognized across the European Union. This initiative is supported by USAID's grant program, Industry-Led Skills Development, with the goal of promoting rational electricity usage and cost reduction for companies and the country.
