About of :Samgori House is a new residential development project located in the Samgori district of Tbilisi, on Moskovis Avenue #13. The project is funded by Estonian-Georgian investment and does not require bank loans for buyers. It will feature 17 residential buildings spread across 3.3 hectares, with construction planned in phases. The first residential building began construction in August 2020 and is scheduled for completion in January 2021. The construction is being carried out by the company 'ABT International', adhering to all building norms and standards.
