About of guda.ge : Alaznistavi is a cooperative established in 2015 focused on producing traditional Tushetian Guda cheese. Their production farm is located at 2100 meters above sea level, with summer pastures extending to 3200 meters, contributing to the unique quality of their cheese. They produce four types of Guda cheese: from sheep's milk, cow's milk, a mix, and melted Guda cheese. The cheese is sold in Tbilisi supermarkets and exported to the USA and Israel, packaged in 100-300 gram vacuum-sealed portions. The cooperative aims to increase production and implement bio-standards in the future.
